Catalyst Housing Group matches people and houses with new Saas solution

London, 27 November 2008: Saaspoint, the Software-as-a-Service (Saas) provider which specialises in salesforce.com consultancy and integration, has implemented Saaspoint PropertyPoint for UK based Catalyst Housing Group. The application is provided on salesforce.com’s AppExchange.

Catalyst Housing Group provides more than 14,000 affordable homes in London and the South East of England.

PropertyPoint is a real-estate management application developed by Saaspoint for the AppExchange and was one of the first applications available from AppExchange. Installed into existing Salesforce applications, PropertyPoint allows users to track both customer interactions and property availability in one place.

A big challenge for Catalyst Housing Group was finding a way to keep one centralised database of available houses. “We needed to have one central, up-to-date list of all of our available houses,” commented Olivier Ward, Business Support Manager, Catalyst Housing Group. “We also wanted to be able to keep records of individuals who have been successfully matched with properties.”

PropertyPoint fully integrates with Salesforce applications and the unique LIVE!Search will automatically look for matching properties once details of a requirement are updated. “PropertyPoint is very easy to use. We can now store and track property in one place,” said Ward. “The unique LIVE!Search feature means that we are always getting up-to-the-minute results and matching people with suitable houses that are still available.”
