Retell have launched another low cost call recording solution for recording calls directly to the hard drive of a PC. The Soft Recorder4USB meets the demands of customers who have a limited number of PC’s. Up to eight separate users can record from any type of handset to one shared central PC via USB connection. A starter module for one desk can be purchased at £276 SRP allowing customers to prove the concept and benefits of call recording.
